Abhay you were one of the most entertaining and enlightening speakers for me. Thoroughly enjoyed your presentation and glad I can have a seocnd look here! Thanks! Do let me know if and when you’re presenting in Edinburgh- I would like to invite a few friends and colleagues.
[...] Highlight three was the talk from Abhay Adhikari of Dhyaan Design which was entertaining from beginning to end. Abhay was talked about his peripatetic upbringing in India, where he was shipped around a selection of public schools of different religious persuasions, and the impact of his upbringing on his thinking around collaboration. A perfect example of this was that he produced a CD single exclusively on Instant Messenger across three continents. He then talked about his research around breath training as a way to managing stress and bringing together the threads from his upbringing in India, via research in Japan and the developing of his breath training prototype app which he was trialling in the foyer of the event. His presentation can be found here. [...]
Dear Candy, thank you for your kind words. I am glad you found my talk interesting. Would love to visit Edinburgh once again. The previous visit was inspired by Alexander McCall Smith’s 44 Scotland Street series. It was good fun tracking down the various locations he mentions in his books. Although I was slightly disappointed that the last house on the street was number 43.
